you know, this is the thing i hate about autoimmune diseases. the fact that people say you don't look sick so you must not be sick. i have actually heard people in parking lots talking about people getting out of their cars in handicapped spaces, saying stupid things like "what can possibly be wrong with her? she's not even in a wheelchair!" true stuff, it's rediculous! i have to stop myself from pulling them aside and explaining the meaning of "disease" to them
